It’s getting really hard to pick out favourite pairs but these are without doubt right up there.
40804, Known as “The Chippy”, the top breeding son of “Oban Express” who was from
“Kingpin” and “Donker Leo Hen”. “Oban Express won on the road into Oban, she also bred
Federation winners into Oban, Stirling and Newcastle. She is sister to a bird that arrived to win
the “Algarve Golden Race” semi-final only to beat by just 1 second. There was another to be
beaten in a “Hotspot” race again by just 1 second. In this year I bred the best two British “Ace”
pigeons, one a half-sister to “Oban Express”, the other full brother to 11577 “The Special
One” and mother of the donated youngster. These are absolutely chock full of winning
bloodlines; I’d put money on them breeding winners.
