This partnership has produced the unique ‘Double’ and this result proves that once again the cream rises to the top by not only winning 1st Final Race POTP 2024 from Vire, but also winning the same race last year with Crosshill Wingman from Guernsey.

This young hen has it all, Pedigree, Performance, Perfect Balance, and a beautiful eye. She was a clear winner on the day being 3 minutes clear of the next pigeon recording a velocity of 1328 ypm and 12 minutes clear of the 3rd placed winner. This is a very serious pigeon to consider bringing into any One Loft race family of pigeons. Winners breed winners!!
This hen also wins 3rd Ace Pigeon Overall. This winner of the 2024 Final is a result of crossing two top performance pigeons together. Crosshill Rose, along with her nest mate 6918 were the first two pigeons sent racing from the pigeon called “White Rock” that the partnership bought from the RPRA OLR auction. In fact 2918 was the leading pigeon in the Ace Pigeon category going into the final race.

WHU 21 C39366 “White Rock” he was an Ace Pigeon himself in the 2022 RPRA Yearling race and was raced by the White Rock Syndicate and he was also grandfather to the pigeon that finished 7th Open.
“White Rock” is bred from a cock from AK Davies from the Rhondda and is bred from a great family of multi winners at all levels of competition and especially One Loft Racing. The mother to “White Rock” is from Dale Newcombe One Loft Race bloodlines via the Europa Classic. These pigeons have won the RPRA One Loft Race and a car in the Sun City OLR along with a host of other major prizes in One Loft Racing.

ZA-19-PPL-1990 “Miombo 990” she was raced in the Victoria Falls World Challenge Pigeon Race 2020 and won 15th Hotspot 3 from 318km, 79th Hotspot 4 405km and 23rd in the Final Race 544km.
2022 was her first year breeding and so far she has produced 8th Open POTP Final 2022, 8th Ace Pigeon POTP 2023, 5th WDW Winter Final 2024, 1st Open POTP 2024 and 3rd Ace Pigeon POTP 2024. She is also the grandmother to 7th Open, 5th Ace Pigeon POTP 2024.
Her father completed the Victoria Falls World Challenge Pigeon Race full programme in 2018 winning 95th Hotspot 3, 107th Hotspot 4 and won 186th in the Final Race. He is a diorect son of Vegas King of Mike Ganus.
The mother to “Miombo 990” is a Geoff Armand pigeon from Australia and she to completed the VFWCR programme in 2018.
