RACE RECORD & DESCRIPTION
NICKO, raced by John Nixon, is a cracking short, stocky pigeon packed with power. He has broad shoulders, a strong back, tight vent and a striking yellow eye. A very well-balanced pigeon in the hand, with plenty of strength throughout.
NICKO completed the full 2025 Autumn Ace Young Bird Series, putting together a solid campaign with standout performances of 31st in Hotspot 2 and 73rd in Hotspot 5, finishing 75th Ace overall.

NICKO then produced an outstanding 2026 Autumn Ace Pigeon Challenge campaign. He showed his class early on with 8th from Wincanton, before taking a brilliant 1st from Stoneycross at 122 miles. Just as importantly, he continued to perform when the mileage increased, recording an excellent 12th from Alençon at 246 miles and 19th from Nort-sur-Erdre at 248 miles.

What a fantastic 2026 season, improving from 75th Ace in 2025 to an outstanding 6th Ace overall, as well as becoming a Hotspot winner. His results of 1st, 8th, 12th and 19th show both quality and versatility across the distances.
