SU 24 L6916 Blue “Crosshill 916” winner of the 16th Open Grand Final and bred by John and William Smart. This is in fact their 3rd timer in the Grand Final, which is a brilliant achievement in such a difficult race from 295 miles.

This is bred from a pairing which involved crossing a proven son of our foundation breeders Ace & Holly to a very good racing hen that we got from a top fanciers bereavement sale. In fact 6916 is proven in the basket, has a very strong pedigree on both sides and we think it will become an asset for any loft.

We specialise in OLR and we are very successful in club, Fed and National racing and this pigeon is a by-product of years of top pigeons being bred together.

SU 20 L12230 Blue Grizzle, he is the sire to 15th Extra Final Balkanic Fair Play 2022, 20th Open WDW Final 2023, 16th Final POTP 2024 and 44th Final Welsh Elite 2024.

He was bred by us and selected to go into the breeding lofts as he is from our No1 pair. His nest brother also bred 8th Open POTP 2022, 8th Ace Pigeon POTP 2023 and 5th WDW Winter Final 2024.

He is also a full brother to the father of “Crosshill Wingman” the winner of 1st Open Grand Final POTP 2023.

SU 21 AV 1568 a very good racing hen that came from Jock Alston; she scored twice from the coast in National races as a yearling including winning 3rd Section 368 miles flying just over 12 hours, 3 weeks earlier she flew a 14 hour race and won another section prize in the national. 2024 is the first year we have bred from her and she has already produced 16th Open POTP Final, 44th Welsh Elite Final and 2nd 100km activation race Balkanic Fair Play.
