Geordie Girl is a lovely small-to-medium chequer hen with a cracking feel in the hand. She has a compact, apple-shaped body, broad shoulders and a short, strong wing. A nicely balanced pigeon throughout, complemented by a strong yellow eye and a fairly tight vent.
Geordie Girl competed throughout the 2025 Autumn Ace Pigeon Challenge, completing all six Hotspots and finishing 118th Ace overall.

Geordie Girl then returned for the 2026 Autumn Ace Pigeon Challenge, raced by Columbidea 10, and produced a superb campaign. She was remarkably consistent throughout the series, recording five top-40 finishes from six races. Her campaign started with an excellent 13th from Kingsdown, and she finished just as strongly with 17th from Nort-sur-Erdre at 248 miles. These performances earned her a fantastic 11th Ace Pigeon overall in 2026.

A proven and durable hen across two complete campaigns, improving from 118th Ace in 2025 to an outstanding 11th Ace in 2026. Her 2026 results show excellent consistency across the distances, right through to 248 miles.
A cracking little hen physically too — compact, apple bodied, broad shouldered and nicely balanced, with a short strong wing, tight vent and lovely yellow eye. Geordie Girl has both the handling qualities and the performances to back them up.
