The pedigree supplied for Woolley’s Weapon is packed with long-distance and Barcelona blood.
The main sheet features “Champion”, a Barcelona performer from the Van de Graaff family, crossed with “Barca Witbuik”, a direct daughter of top Barcelona blood. A supplementary pedigree supplied with the lot also brings in strong Leo Heremans/Karel Ceusters lines through Premier Stud, including “Super Sonnik Mike”, “Dark Secret”, “Man O Chester” and “Dark Redemption”.
It is an interesting blend of marathon toughness and proven speed blood – and Woolley’s Weapon has already shown he can perform from 54 miles right through to 248 miles.

Woolley’s Weapon, raced by Wyndham Lofts, is a cracking short-bodied, pear-shaped pigeon. Very well balanced in the hand, with a lovely compact feel and a striking bright yellow eye. A neat, well-proportioned pigeon with plenty to like about its overall make and shape.
Woolley’s Weapon competed throughout the full 2025 Autumn Ace series, starting the campaign in excellent style with a superb 29th in Hotspot 1, followed by another strong 66th in Hotspot 3.

139th Ace Pigeon
Woolley’s Weapon then returned for the 2026 Autumn Ace yearling Challenge and produced an excellent campaign. The consistency throughout the series really stands out, with five top-60 finishes from six races, including a superb 14th from Stoneycross and 16th from Nort-sur-Erdre at 248 miles. These performances earned an impressive 22nd Ace Pigeon overall.

A proven pigeon across two complete campaigns, with a clear step forward from 139th Ace in 2025 to an excellent 22nd Ace in 2026. The 14th at 122 miles and 16th at 248 miles also show the versatility to perform across very different distances.
Physically, Woolley’s Weapon is a lovely type – short bodied, pear shaped, beautifully balanced and finished off with a bright yellow eye. A very nice pigeon with the performances to match.
