DAM: a Premier Stud blue-bar hen from strong Leo Heremans / Marcel Ceusters blood, with One Loft and National-performance lines throughout the pedigree.
The Croquet Cock is therefore backed by a deep performance family from both sprint and One Loft stock – and his own 11th at 248 miles gives the pedigree further substance.
RACE RECORD & DESCRIPTION
The Croquet Cock, raced by Premier Stud UK, is a big, powerful pigeon with plenty of presence. A large pigeon but surprisingly short in the hand, he is very well balanced for his size, with a tight vent, powerful shoulders and a striking strong yellow eye. A solid pigeon that sits extremely well considering his bigger frame.
The Croquet Cock competed in the 2025 Autumn Ace series, producing some very respectable performances before sadly being injured and unable to complete the final Hotspot.

He returned for the 2026 Autumn Ace Pigeon Challenge and put together an excellent campaign, showing his ability across a range of distances. Standout performances included an excellent 22nd from Guernsey, before finishing the series strongly with a superb 11th from Nort-sur-Erdre at 248 miles. These performances helped him secure an outstanding 17th Ace Pigeon overall in 2026.

After the disappointment of injury preventing him from completing the 2025 series, The Croquet Cock certainly showed his quality in 2026, completing the full campaign and finishing a fantastic 17th Ace overall, topped off by that excellent 11th at 248 miles.
Physically, The Croquet Cock is an impressive pigeon – big and powerful through the shoulders, yet short, balanced and tight in the hand. A strong, substantial pigeon with plenty of presence and proven form right through to 248 miles.
