Riley & Moran Doncaster 2026 — Entire Clearance Sale

It is a sad day when we lose any fancier from our great sport no matter what the circumstances are, but when we lose the fanciers of this quality then it hits that little harder. Top fanciers are the target, they are what we aim to become, and they are our inspiration to try harder and that is why is particularly sad when these top men decide they have had enough, for whatever reasons. This sale is enforced upon the partners, work commitments and home life have become more time consuming and the pigeons cannot be cared for in the way the boys know they need to remain at the top. So, the decision to hold this entire clearance sale was made reluctantly.

Riley and Moran are not a commercial loft but they are a very competitive one and in 2026 and 2025 they have been the champions of their federation.

In fact, they are champions in 2026 even though they only raced old birds.

In recent seasons they have won the strong North West Combine 3 times

First 5 positions in the Bamfords 5-bird Championship Race from Chale

1st-2nd-6th Open Maghull 3-bitrd Guernsey and they have won well over 20 X 1st Feds in the last 3 seasons

They have a very strong team of Leo Heremans pigeons that have dominated fed results on numerous occasions, and they have taken the first 5, first 7 and first 8 positions in the fed many times. Reading through the list you will find these fed winners and the breeders of these fed winners, nothing has been held back. The 2026 youngsters that have been bred from these pigeons will be offered for sale online with us at a later date.

All the older pigeons are 100% fertile but the boys have offered free youngsters to go with all the older stock.

They do not just win for the partnership, but other fanciers as well including

Harry Adamson, Kirby Club. He had a child of the Maghull hen 20 B30963 (lot 25) this pigeon won multiple prizes in the top 10 of Liverpool Amal

Francis (Franny) McDowell od Liverpool Fed has flown well with their birds and is the Fed Champion 2026.

Paul and Emily Dalton of Liverpool Amal won with one from “Tasha’s Girl” (Lot 3)

Chris Thomas of Maghull has won many races with pigeons from Riley and Moran.

Robert Hyde of South Wales has won with the “Voodoo” lines, Voodoo is lot 8.

Justin Deary and Barlow have won an RPRA award with 23 Z29022 that was bred by Riley and Moran and was given to a charity auction; this was bred from 20 N32669, which is lot 13 in this sale. The list could go on and on.

Be assured that this is a sale of real class and whoever buys these pigeons from Riley and Moran will reap the rewards for years to come. Study the list and you will see there are a few pigeons that could have multiple 1st feds to their credits but were only beaten on the trap by loft mates.

This promises to be one of them auctions people will talk about in years to come!
