Both are home-bred from the Duncan Kittow family, described on the pedigree as a family formed by the basket. Both parents were still in the loft after four years – a simple but important sign of durability and selection by performance rather than fashion.

RACE RECORD & DESCRIPTION

Goldie, raced by Duncan Kittow, is a lovely short-bodied pigeon that sits extremely well in the hand. She is nicely balanced, with a strong yellow eye and a very tight vent, giving her a compact and quality feel.

Goldie competed throughout the 2025 Autumn Ace series, completing all six Hotspots and putting together a consistent campaign to finish an excellent 44th Ace overall.

Goldie then returned for the 2026 Autumn Ace Pigeon Challenge and produced a superb campaign. She showed her ability as the distances increased, recording an excellent 11th from Alençon at 246 miles, followed by a fantastic 4th from Nort-sur-Erdre at 248 miles. These performances helped her secure an outstanding 12th Ace Pigeon overall in 2026.

12th Ace Pigeon

A pigeon with two completed series and two strong Ace finishes to her name – 44th Ace in 2025 and an outstanding 12th Ace in 2026. Her 11th and 4th at around 250 miles in 2026 are particularly impressive and show she can really perform when the distance increases.

Combined with her short, balanced body, very tight vent, strong yellow eye and lovely handling qualities, Goldie is a very nice pigeon with proven performances behind her.
